CEO of Optimistic is the Honorary Consul of the Russian Federation in the Algarve

On February 5, 2020, Mr. Ambassador of the Russian Federation in Portugal Mikhail Kamynin received Bruno Valverde Cota, the CEO of Optimistic and as the Honorary Consul of the Russian Federation in the Algarve Bruno Valverde Cota, who has just received this appointment in agreement with the Portuguese authorities.

During the conversation the parties discussed the range of tasks that B.Cota will have to deal with in the South of the country, one of the priority tasks was noted the work to promote the legitimate rights and interests of Russian compatriots living in this region and Russian tourists arriving there.

In the near future, the new Honorary Consul will travel to the Algarve to hold meetings with the leadership of municipalities, parishes of the Russian Orthodox Church and representatives of the Russian community.
